7Twenty was created as a “third space” — a place outside of home and work where people can reconnect with balance, health, and community.

After a decade in corporate America and becoming a father, our founder began questioning the pace of modern life: the stress of work environments, the quality of the food we consume, and the constant stimulation from technology. In search of a better lifestyle, he discovered a passion for growing plants, improving nutrition, and creating environments that nurture both body and mind.

What began as a personal journey toward healthier living evolved into the vision for 7Twenty.
